Cancellation / Refund Policy

For cancellations made prior to April 18, 2025, a minimum cancellation fee of 50% (50% refund) applies to all registration fees processed by Noble Capital Markets, Inc. and/or Noble Financial Group, Inc. (Noble). Webcasting charge is 100% non-refundable, without exception.

For cancellations made after April 18, 2025 and prior to May 9, 2025, a minimum cancellation fee of 65% (35% refund) applies to all registration fees processed by Noble.

All registrations and cancellations made after May 9, 2025 are non-refundable (see Force Majeure exception). All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is sufficient) and requester must receive confirmation of receipt by the end of the business day of the end of the applicable cancellation / refund period ( April 18, 2025 or May 9, 2025) to be eligible for a partial refund (as described above). Substitution of paid registrants is acceptable at any time prior to May 23, 2025.

Force Majeure

If unanticipated circumstances beyond the control of Noble and registrants of the Event, (including, but not limited to: acts of God; government regulation, including, but not limited to, government regulations in the countries of origin of the attendees that prevents participation on the Event dates; terrorist attacks in the city in which the host is located; or declared war in the United States, making it illegal or impossible for Noble to hold the Event) charges related to the Event will be refunded, without penalty. NOTE: In the event of the cancelation of the Event for the reason(s) set forth above, payment made to Noble relating to the Registration Fee, Webcasting Fee and Booth/Advertising cost (when applicable) will be credited to the payee, and will be applied, in its entirety, to the costs associated with a future Noble event, held in-person or virtually.

Authorization for Noble to Charge the Credit Card (when not paying by bank wire transfer)

By agreeing to the Cancellation / Refund Policy set forth above, you authorize Noble to charge the credit card provided, at the time of registration, for costs associated with the Event, which may include, but are not limited to: registration, accommodations (for all attendees included in this submission), webcasting, and other fees that may apply. A surcharge of 3.5% will be added to the total for processing by credit card (there is no additional charge if payment is made via wire transfer).
